Hi All, I use SoGoSurvey to conduct research on human behavior. I created a rather simple survey and have created a spreadsheet model in excel that import the data from the survey. By doing this, I am able to understand the human behavior and i am able to create a personality profile of all participants on the review. The things I love from SoGoSurvey: 1. The customer support. They're fast, friendly, and gives step by step explanation which is so easy to understand. I asked so many questions before deciding to use SoGoSurvey for my research and they did not mind at all with all my detailed and prickly questions. They are also willing to recommend the appropriate product for your needs by showing you the plus and minus of each product. 2. The user-friendly products. I mean, I'm a total beginner in making online survey who is also a wreck when facing a technology I'm not familiar with. SoGoSurvey is easy to learn about and the customer support is always ready to help you when you really hit a wall. Also, they have display mode that is eye-friendly so users and their to be respondent who are prone to light sensitivity can feel at ease. 3. The type of questions available. From basic multiple choice to image choice to ranking questions, it is just so awesome having so many tools ready at your hand. Multiple drop-down and drill-down questions are my favourite! 4. Downloadable data result in csv format; it makes it easier for me when I want to clean my data set. 5. Student discount. Being a student is a hard challenge already and textbook prices sucks the life of student. SoGoSurvey’s student discount offers is such a beautiful gesture. All in all, I’m more than willing to recommend SoGoSurvey to other people.
