Usable VPN
Usable VPN, but needs more knowledge, it some times needs fixing to set up a real connection without any problem, it some times has instability but I can say it works, I used another VPNs, all have problems and it is different from one to another.
Ugh, not good enough for business use
These devices (Network Security Appliances) work, they're fine most of the time. Perfect if you don't do anything to them, or need them to be secure. I've had consistent issues. Bugs mostly and each time its been "we've never seen this before, here's a 'hotfix'". Support are slow, in some cases you'll be talking to people working off a very strict script and won't answer questions not covered in the script. They aren't "authorised" to disclose their managers contact details or escalate calls. If something goes wrong it's almost certainly going to be something you haven't done or not done. Upselling is hardcore, even if you pay a decent amount for higher support services. If you don’t work in IT, or need an assured level of security these are fine. Anything else, like needing reliable updates, responsive and experienced support, then these aren't for you. Given the market place they're targeted at you're in the latter so avoid them.
Modern day slavery. Worst company ever!!!
The worst company I had to work for. They micro-manage you to the point that you have to explain why you were late for one minute. You're basically a slave to them. They promised a one time payment for setting up my workspace but I left after a month and they chose not to pay me. As if I didn't spend money already. They didn't even provide me with headsets and a mouse. I only received a dusty and faulty laptop. I had constant technical issues because of them and yet I took the fault for it. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemies.
Cannot wait until the license expires…
Cannot wait until the license expires so I can buy something better. I admit, the latest update has made some things better - but much of what's under the hood either costs more money - like an app store inside your router - or worse - is just painted on and doesn't actually do anything. I've had really, really bad dealings with support - and also really good dealings with support - but ultimately - I highly regret ever purchasing from this company. Some say they were great before they we're bought out - I wouldn't know.
