Avoid this company. They charged me a huge fee for a trial I never used (0 activity, no store connected). Their support is useless and refuses refunds using robotic scripts. If they refuse to refund you, don't waste time talking to them. Contact your bank immediately and file a Chargeback for "Services Not Received." It works perfectly to get your money back. Plus, it strikes a permanent black mark against their merchant credit rating. This is exactly what they deserve for taking money without providing value.

Why did I even create account on this platform?
Total waste of money!!! scammer alert!!! I canceled the subscription while in trail period itself but they charged me 144.99$ for a subscription which I didn’t even know what it was. I requested for refund but to no avail. I cancelled the subscription they forcefully billed my account. Doing so triggered another trial subscription automatically which was billed 1.99$. I’ve had never had such an experience before on any other platforms.

No reply from support after cancelling subscription charge query
I cancelled my subscription on the last day of my trial and I contacted support as I could see the transaction of £74.69 pending on my account, the amount was taken from my account today and I’ve not had a reply from support. I politely asked not to be charge as I had not received any email notification/ reminder that the trial was ending. *update 16/01/2026 After receiving the reply from spocket I contacted customer services again as request and still no response.*

Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience. The trial ended and the subscription was charged without any reminder. Support refused a refund and only referred to their policy. I do not find this customer friendly and would not recommend the service.
