Update to No Refunds
They actually decided to refund me after all. It took several emails, but they made it right. I really appreciate their responsiveness. This post is an update to No Refunds I posted earlier.
Response To Nonfunctional MagTag trackers
Updated - They kindly responded and issued me a refund. (Ditto Macworld). I don’t know if my experience is typical or common. Through Macworld, I purchased two MagTag trackers from stacksocial/stackcommerce. Neither MagTag worked despite approximately 6-10 emails back and forth with stackcommerce (Macworld was impossible to contact). Stackcommerce tried hard to resolve the issue but to no avail. As a result, I can only question the vendor/merchants they choose to work with.

Finally, is working
It took me a few tries to get it downloaded as I kept running into security problems. I was able to write to customer service and they answered me daily and tried to help. Finally on the fourth day I was able to download it with CS assistance. Hopefully it will work, as it says the programs are loaded. I hope so!

I looked up iScanner on the app store…
I looked up iScanner on the app store and saw the price was more than I wanted to spend but one review said it was available for $39.99 from Stack Commerce. So I put in my Name , Address and credit card number. ( which was to Pay Pal by default) They billed me immediately but I have no Idea how I will get the app. I have tried to call several times and left multiple messages. I will give them until Monday then I will dispute it with my credit card company and be back here for a follow-up review. You know what they say. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I guess it goes without saying that they never seem to have anyone there to answer the phone.
