sincronizar ventilador-excelente atención
El verano pasado compré unos ventiladores Sulion y, ya pasado el verano, mi hija probó el ventilador y no funcionaba. Escribí al apartado de Contacto de Atención al cliente y en seguida me respondieron, solicitando los datos necesarios para poder resolver mi incidència. Una vez contesté con los datos, recibí una llamada telefónica, facilitándome el paso a paso para volver a sincronizar el ventilador. Sinceramente, un servicio de atención al cliente sobresaliente. Amables, ràpidos y efectivos. Gracias!
Solución rápida vía telefónica
Intenté contactar con ellos via WhatsApp, pero no hubo forma. Llamé al 916 749 481 y me cogieron el teléfono y me solucionaron el problema en 48 horas. Me enviaron un mando y un receptor del ventilador sin coste alguno. El aparato estaba en garantía

Servicio Técnico Sulion
Tengo que rectificar mi opinión, pues finalmente el servicio técnico de Sulion, aunque ha tardado bastante, finalmente me ha solucionado el problema y me han enviado un led nuevo para mi ventilador.
Ventilador sin funcionar y no dan solucion
La verdad que compre en Leroy Melin un ventilador para mi dormitorio en agosto de 2023 y super contenta hasta ahora, que dejo de funcionar el ventilador a primeros de agosto. Lo desmonto, voy a Leroy y me dicen que ellos no gestionan arreglo o devolución que tiene que ser a través de Sulion, que responden muy bien. A día de hoy puedo decir que, lo único que he conseguido es contactar con una maquina, que ha abierto numero de caso pero que no han contactado conmigo.
