I received exactly what I ordered in…
I received exactly what I ordered in very good time. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but it was no problem to return and their steps of how to do this easily followed. Changed sizes and received again good time. No hesitation in ordering from this Company.

Beware Delayed Delivery.
Whilst the product-black denim jeans-are a good fit, the delivery options from online shopping only offer “express post” at $12.95, promised within 1-3 business days. Of course “Australia Post was at fault”, according to the Sussans online customer “service” officer, but the argy-bargy about it when it arrived on the Thursday, after ordering on the Sunday night online, left a bad taste in my mouth. Why even propose it could arrive on Day 1 at all? Plus, so much for offering Express Post! Easy to blame Australia Post. Customer Service at Sussan’s was more interested in taking me to task about when it was actually processed at the warehouse.

I ordered a size 12 nightie online that I had been eyeing off for ages, which was finally reduced to half price, paid express delivery (which was the only option), and when it arrived it was huge. The only way to exchange it, was to PAY for a return label and then reorder another in a smaller size and then also pay ANOTHER delivery fee. So THREE delivery fees all up. Taking it back to a store, as suggested by customer service was not an option for me, as there is no Sussans close to where I live. I was also told that the delivery fee is nothing to do with them, as the fee goes to Australia Post. The girl on the other end of the phone really couldn't have cared less, no apology, nothing. Just a very over happy 'Have a good day' and hung up knowing I was upset. I ordinarily love Sussans, and have spent a lot of money there over the years, but after this experience, I will not be shopping from there again.
