ECC complaint worked - you should file one too
I'm not even going to comment on the appalling state of their customer service as many others have already done so - to be sure, it was very, very frustrating dealing with them. In my case I shopped on the itf branded online store and they sold me a tennis bag that turned out to be defective. Long story short - they acknowledged the defect, refunded me for the product and the original shipping fee but blatantly refused to compensate me for the return shipping which is a violation of EU law indeed. So I went ahead and filed a complaint with my local European Consumer Center, and what do you know - tennis-point refunded the return shipping fee almost instantly. My advice - if they give you trouble, hit em up with a complaint with your local ECC office, they will in turn route the signal to the German office where tennis-point is incorporated.
Goods 10/10 but delivery and help 0/10
Goods were exactly as described. But never delivered! It required many hours of work on my part to locate parcel in a local office (in Ireland). Worst of all, Tennis-Point have no contactable help service -- emails rejected, and contact and help buttons on Tennis-Point.com disabled. I will not use again.

Ive used several times this site, i was confident... this time my order didn't arrive on due time. I've tried to reach them to get informed about the delay... Finally, they are not reachable, anyway... mail get automatic reponse sending to site where you can reach anybody, anyhow... its a shame... I'm really disgusted...i dont if i was robbed, how to retrieve my money, and what are solutions...

Not recommended - better alternatives available
Tennis-point delivered a bent tennis racket in july 2025. After 15 phone calls, a falsely rejected retour (that i had to pay for myself!), and a falsely promised return of money, my patience with this company is gone. I still do not have my money back. Customer service is not helpful in this matter.
