Great onboarding crew. Features are there and the user interface is intuitive, an easy feel to it and features packed including add ons like telehealth and ePrescribe. Best feature though in my opinion is support and their quick responses, I never wait long for an answer to my question: no matter how basic or complex (or numerous!) they are. They've saved me time and money over the subscription cost, many times over. I'm grateful

Access to files
I needed to access a prior patient record from a few years ago and TA was able to get me back into the files to access her records so I could send them to her.
