Delivery supposed to arrive over 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried calling, writing to two email addresses and writing through their contact form and I’ve not been able to get in touch/ get any support. Really upsetting customer service especially when so many people depend on deliveries so close to Christmas.
A month late and the package hasn’t…
A month late and the package hasn’t arrived yet. Phone support (they very rarely pick it up) keeps lying about its location, sending us to a local facility that doesn’t have the package, absurd. They never answer any email.

I have 5 packages with them for some reason. AliExpress always shipped to me through Correos/Ecoscooting/GLS/Amazon, mostly, but the ones that I bought last are all with Tipsa. One of my orders reached Madrid on 10th November. I got a mail saying they were gonna deliver it to me (in Santiagode Compostela) on 11th. As I didn't get anything, on 12th I checked the tracking and the only option there was to reschedule the delivery date, which I did. Still nothing until today. I've been calling them, which is a challenge itself and the few time I managed to talk to someone, they were telling me that they had 15 days to have an update on the tracking. Surprise surprise, 15 days went by and now all of a sudden, that's not the excuse anymore. Now, apparently, the seller is the one that contacted them and told them to not move the packages. What a coincidence. ALL the packages that are with Tipsa are there, stopped by the seller, and the other ones that are coming with Amazon and GLS rn are already on the way (two of them already delivered, being one of them exactly the same product and from the same seller that I had on the first package that Tipsa got, the one that reached Madrid on 10th). If it's ok your hands, please avoid this company of scammers. Also very rude and unprofessional on the phone calls, not letting you talk and even ending the call after yelling whatever at you. Hard to consider them a company at all.

Qué vergüenza de servicio de mensajería. Mi esposa estuvo todo el día en casa ayer después de recibir un aviso diciendo que el paquete estaba “en reparto”. No llegó nada. Ninguna llamada, ninguna actualización, ni siquiera un toque en la puerta — simplemente silencio absoluto. Intentar contactar con TIPSA es como intentar hablar con un fantasma. Ninguno de los teléfonos funciona — ni el de la oficina central ni el de la sucursal de Estepona. Llamadas que suenan sin respuesta o directamente se cortan. Después de perder horas, buscamos sus reseñas y no nos sorprendió ver una media lamentable de 1,8 estrellas. Francamente, me asombra que sigan operando. Si TIPSA tiene el más mínimo sentido del servicio al cliente, alguien debería contactarnos de inmediato para explicar dónde está nuestro pedido y por qué su comunicación es tan pésima. Trying to contact TIPSA is like trying to talk to a ghost. None of the phones work—not the one at the head office or the one at the Estepona branch. Calls ring unanswered or are simply cut off. After wasting hours, we looked up their reviews and weren't surprised to see a pitiful average of 1.8 stars. Frankly, I'm amazed they're still operating. If TIPSA has the slightest sense of customer service, someone should contact us immediately to explain where our order is and why their communication is so poor. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable.
