I bought a trumpet account on subscription a couple months back. Since they canged their program from trumpet to brass i dont get any lessons anymore. I cant cancel my subscription paypal says to write their support: The support WONT WROTE ME BACK for MONTHS and I pay 50€ every month for something i couldnt accsess for months. Looking currently desperatly into how to get my money back they got now like 400€ for free from me now.

Canceled after introductory offer but they still billed me anyway later. If you've paid for your subscription and want to cancel they also remove all your access upon cancelling even if you have access you've paid for. All very anti consumer.
