What a fantastic experience

Excellent platform, great support and single place to do everything
We reviewed several 'Influencer' platforms, direct providers, and agencies over 4 weeks. TRIBE was recommended via a friend and from the get go, communication was consistent and professional and 1st class onboarding. Breanna is a superb ambassador for TRIBE. We are on a journey of discovery for Influencer marketing, but very happy so far with the TRIBE user experience/user interface as a single place to do everything, plus support has been great!
Creators do not matter
Tribe is a great concept and there are lots of opportunities at any given time. However, unfortunately, creators don't seem to matter and it's all about the brands. Setting low fees is the only way to get accepted and brands don't value creators individuality or creativity - it's just generic tick boxes. You can be asked to edit an unlimited amount of times, completely reshoot with a new brief and more unreasonable requests with very little option but to oblige or not get paid in full. Brands can rate creators but unsurprisingly, creators can't rate brands.
Hiring Process
Unfortunately there's not an option for zero stars!!! Please let me start by saying I am so thankful my husband didn't leave dor orientation!!!!! He qas to leave Sunday for Monday orientation. 1) He applied as a company driver. NOT LEASE PURCJASE. HE ONLY KNEW THIS AFTER COMPLETING PAPERWORK! 2) he advised he was coming in as a company driver. So went from perfect rage to per mile. BUT WOULD NOT YELL HIM THE PAY. 3) when he got irritated with CAndi(?) She asked him to shut up and told him he would get his pay rate in orientation... Ummmmm Hell no!!!! 4) Dont walk run from this company. Theyblie before yoir hired can't even imagine what happens as an employee. As a spouse I research EVERYTHING!!!! But I dont always hold reviews to heart, due mostly because of disgruntled drivers etc. I WISH ID TAKEN THE REVIEWS TO HEART!!!!!! And my husband ia 50% Cherokee!!!!!! RECRUITER KYRIE OFFICE PERSON CANDY (that spoke to a potential employeevlike he was aool) OWNER Joy and Mike I hope yall do better. You are missing out on damned good driver and super hard runner!!!
Most likely a scam
Didn’t go through with the whole watching videos etc… but wanted to share how they contacted me. Very much the same as others text message when I questioned the messenger over WhatsApp they could not give a straight answer. Such as how old are you …. I advised my age was on my cv etc… I blocked them I would advise people to do the same from some of these comments
