Fantastic customer support!

The first shipment of meals were delicious. I just received my second shipment on Saturday, 09/06/2025, and it appears it was delayed by the carrier and when I opened the box, the meals were warm and the ice packs had melted. I went to their webpage and started a chat, forgetting it was Saturday, and I was in the process of sending an email when Kian responded. Kian took care of every thing for me. Post-Op life saver!

Trifecta was a life saver when I had knee surgery. It was easy to skip weeks when I didn't need it and the food was quite tasty - especially the trifecta burrito, yum! I also really appreciated that canceling was easy, with Dave's help, once I was back to 100%.
