The first shipment of meals were delicious. I just received my second shipment on Saturday, 09/06/2025, and it appears it was delayed by the carrier and when I opened the box, the meals were warm and the ice packs had melted. I went to their webpage and started a chat, forgetting it was Saturday, and I was in the process of sending an email when Kian responded. Kian took care of every thing for me.
