Rubbish thieves offering no support to queries. Working in 1950s model. Probably awaiting pegions to deliver them customer enquiries. Don’t even know why such payments portal exist.

Flawed payment system and no support to fix failed payment
Do not ever use a service that relies on this company to handle the payment (for example direct bank transfer at norwegian.com). If the payment fails you wont be notified and there is no way to sort out the payment. I spent hours on phone with Norwegian which pointed to Trustly. Trustly didn't respond for days and wasn't able to give me any option to sort out the payment when they finally responded and kept asking for payment details when I had never been provided one. Possibly standard AI response. There was no trace of a failed payment in my Internet bank so it couldn't be sorted out there. After being promised by Norwegian that my booking was safe I got notified by Norwegian my booking would be cancelled and customer service wouldn't allow me to pay for it so I had to book a new and more expensive one.
