I had an amazing experience at Ultra Beauty at poinciana Florida , thanks to karla! She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit so enjoyable. I absolutely loved her work and the care she put into helping me. Karla went above and beyond, and I highly recommend asking for her if you visit Ultra Beauty. Thank you, karla, for such a wonderful experience!

Best customer service from Gorge in the Bakersfield Store on Ming Ave. Store #469 My first time shopping in Ulta. I’ve never worn face makeup. As I’m aging I have a few aging spots and didn’t know what color I needed to match my skin tone. Gorge was absolutely fabulous, took the time to help me and show me how to apply it on my face correctly… I’m truly thankful and appreciate Gorge for being so kind and patient with me… I’ll definitely be back…
Please correct Customer Service…
I went in to my local Ulta to get a new eyebrow pencil and investigate hair care products by Fenty. There was a young lady behind the eyebrow counter who watched me, but never offered any assistance nor greeted me.) So, I took the initiative and asked the young lady (behind the eyebrow counter) for assistance with finding the eyebrow product. She did assist me at that point. Then, I walked about looking for hair care products. As I walked, I was approached by a staff person who asked to help. I explained I was looking for the Fenty Hair Care product line. The salesperson told me that Ulta did not carry that line and that I should go to Sephora. I said okay, thanks. The salesperson Did Not mention the product lines (like Cecred nor Pattern) which were available at the location. I would have appreciated the sales person informing me of the lines available or taking me to the hair care product area. At the Check out the young lady asked my phone number, which I gave her and then she asked for my Name. When I told her my name she responded "Oh I did not know what that was since it has a "e" at the end. Ulta, I shop at other Ulta locations so I can compare customer service. The customer service here at my location was NOT appropriate nor worthy of my business. To have a successful business all dollars must be valued and not just the dollars of those the salespersons may self identify. Please Ulta, Correct your customer service.
Ulta PERMANENTLY banned me from online…
Ulta PERMANENTLY banned me from online ordering based on an unfair claim of fraud. They claimed I used multiple identities/multiple payment methods, but they won’t give me the specifics. I can’t even defend myself to get it fixed, since I don’t know what caused the ban! I’ve only ever purchased from them probably 5 times in twenty years, always under my own name. I found out that this ridiculous online ordering ban has happened to possibly thousands of other customers. The worst part is that it that when your account is banned, you just get a generic “payment failed” error, and they will make you think the error is on your end, when in reality it’s likely caused by an unjustified online payment block. They won’t even give me the chance to verify my identity, and they said the ordering ban decision is final. This policy is truly insane, and they will go out of business if they continue with this treatment of their customers. I’ll never set foot in one of their stores again either, and I recommend that others buy from Ulta’s competitors rather than risk this type of treatment.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! Package lost, and Ultra Beauty refuses to help.I am incredibly disappointed with Ultra Beauty and will never shop here again. My tracking showed the package was delivered, but I never received it. I checked with all my neighbors and went to three surrounding houses—nothing. We have never had package theft in our area before.When I contacted customer service in the app, they promised to reply within 24 hours. Instead, they ignored me for 3 days. I wrote again, they blamed delays and went silent for another 2 days. Only after I threatened legal action did they finally reply, coldly stating they wouldn't help or refund me just because the tracking said "delivered."Their customer support is a nightmare, and they do not care about their customers at all. Beware before buying from Ultra Beauty—if your package is lost, they will just take your money and ghost you.
