Stellar customer support (had to cancel the tickets last minute due to medical urgency)
I bought tickets quite a few times, using "chèques vacances" with no issues whatsoever. The customer support department is stellar. I had a medical urgency 15h hours before my last trip - which is outside even their cancellation insurances, and outside of the cancellation window of the air company. I couldn't use any of the automated forms. I contacted the customer support via email to cancel it. They answered five minutes later, and after sending a medical document, they managed to get a voucher for the full price of the plane tickets.

my browser changed my birthday on the flight application and it showed up incorrect on the final ticket, Ulysses was able to contact the airline and correct it in several hours despite it being close to the holidays, 110 % positive

Highly recommend Ulysse
Bought the tickets from Ulysse as they accept "chèques vacances". Everything is smooth until that large carrier canceled our Friday return flight and proposed a return next late Monday evening, i.e. 3 days after (!). While it was impossible to reach out that carrier, Ulysse tried their best to modify the return flight. Ulysse's staff were proactive and kept updating us on possible flights (by emails). They finally managed to put us on a flight very early Monday morning (without extra fees). No need to take an extra day off for nothing. Really appreciated their swift reaction, communication and ability to modify the new return.
