Agencia de transporte que no respeta sus propias franjas horarias
Tenía un pedido de Balay previsto para entregarse de 15:00 a 18:00. Posteriormente, esta franja se acotó de 16:30 a 17:30. Hasta ahí todo bien porque antes de las 16:30 no puedo estar en casa. Pues resulta que me llama el transportista por la mañana, mientras estoy trabajando, ¡y me propone entregar el pedido a las 12:30 porque le venía bien! Obviamente le digo que imposible, que hasta las 16:30 no estoy en casa, y coge y me dice que hasta las 16:30 NO ME PUEDE ESPERAR, que como mucho me puede esperar hasta las 15:00. Le digo que la franja es de 15 a 18 y me dice que no, que eso es orientativo, no para que cada cliente elija la hora que mejor le venga. Total, que te hacen elegir una franja horaria para luego NO RESPETARLA. Ahora voy a tener que reclamarle a Balay por no haber querido entregarme el pedido cuando se suponía que me lo entregarían. SINVERGÜENZAS.

Méthode de voyous. Pour la première fois, ma livraison Carrefour est arrivée en état catastrophique ( 3 plaques d oeufs cassés et fromages blanc en état défectueux - pots éclatés sur une bonne partie de ma livraison). Je l'ai fait remarquer au livreur en le prévenant que j allais faire une réclamation, car il n a pas été honnête il a caché les produits endommagés avec des emballages de produits non dégradés. Et curieusement je ne peux pas laisser de commentaire sur la livraison sur le site urbantz, contrairement à d'habitude. Jamais plus de livraison avec Urbantz! Ils sont catastrophiques et malhonnêtes.
