I've spent several days trying to sign up with Vauld, and yet they are not returning on questions, 'entirely' disappearing for hours, losing the thread of a conversation... and contradicting one another. This is not just costing me time, but themselves as well. What concerns me is, these companies as with Etoro, don't take criticism very well, even when it is well intentioned... hence the reason my relationship broke down with Etoro. And I'm 'still' looking for broker who I can trust? I criticised Etoro's customer support, which is not great, but it is a 'hell' of a lot better than most out there. "Someone" please needs to create a crypto platform, which is easy to use with 'exemplary' customer service? Earning potentially a lot of money on crypto, is no substitution for treating people with respect and sincerity! Money is a means to an end, not the end in itself.
