Very impressed by the customer service I received from Vitra. I had to replace a faulty screw and a spare one was sent to me promptly and free of charge. The staff member I spoke to was most helpful. A big thank you!
Great customer service
I ordered an Eames Lounge chair with specific request for delivery in time for my wife’s birthday. When the time came for delivery the transport company offered me a date after my wife’s birthday. I contacted Vitra who spoke to the transport company and were able to get a 2 hour delivery slot the day before for me. Fantastic chair and fantastic customer service
Ordered an Eames bird
Ordered an Eames designed bird. We already had the wood one and my wife wanted a black one as a pair. It arrived very well packaged and relatively quickly within the time stated. The quality between these 2 birds and other cheap ones sold by others can not be compared. Quality always costs.

Ordered a Prouvé walnut Gueridon table. Took a while, but the quality is excellent. Cant spot any imperfections and wood selection/finishing is great. A couple of the ‘standard’ chairs to go with it are also very nice, although whereas the table justifies the price asked , not sure the chairs do
