I bought Camera 1 May 10
I bought Camera 1 May 10, 2026(Vosker 300 Ultimate)$$$$$. Due to busy schedule, got around to activation May 16. It never did work properly. I spent 4 hours on May 20 texting Support. Finally, they decided that it wasn't fixable. Sent Camera 2 and it arrived June 2, it worked great until June 5. I contacted Support and was told that they could not get Camera 2 to communicate. Suggested that I have camera in hand and contact Support. Support suggested that I have a fresh battery, an SDS card and my laptop ready when I contact Support about this matter again. I'm a busy farmer, I don't have time to mess around for hours repairing someone else's scrappy product. I will probably find time this winter, but when the subscription is due in May, I'm definitely not renewing it!! Basically, it's an expensive GAME CAMERA trying to be a security device! Oh, and at least my game cameras work at night. This thing took pictures of deer walking by at night, and all you can see is eyeballs. Screen shot is basically black!

I made the mistake of investing in 7 of these cameras for my properties, and it’s a complete nightmare. Not a single one is reliable; they only work sometimes. The absolute biggest problem is that remote cameras just stop reporting back, even when I know they have a full power supply and a strong network connection. Once you have this issue, you are on your own. Vosker’s customer service is non-existent. I spent my own time and drove 4 hours out to the site to do a manual restart because support told me to, which did fix the problem temporarily, only for it to fail again with the exact same issue shortly after. Now, they are trying to pass the same useless advice again. Latest conversation: The agent literally told me, 'All you need to do is to turn it off and turn it back on... rest assured once done it will fix all the flaws of the camera and it will back to normal again.' That boilerplate response is insulting. A remote camera should not require a manual restart to "fix all flaws" every couple of weeks. When I clearly pointed out that I had just done that and it didn’t last, and when I asked a real question about remote restart capability, the support conversation just abruptly disconnected without a real answer. Their solution for a remote-focused camera is to force customers to drive hundreds of miles repeatedly just to do a simple restart for a problem that keeps coming back. Save yourself the immense headache. DO NOT BUY.

Go ahead and find a different camera. Looks nice, thats it. Customer service is slow and not useful at all. I found more reliable help using Google for my questions

Why can’t I review and post a ZERO…rating?
Why can’t I review and post a ZERO rating? Seriously these cameras (I bought 4!) are horrible and their customer service is worse! Please look elsewhere. Oh, and Vosker, please don’t bother to respond with your “insincere apology and let us make it better”…like all the other 1 star reviews have seen.

Purchased camer and it stopped working…
Purchased camer and it stopped working in 1 week. Contacted support, they told me I needed buy a new battery and new Sims card also a new memory card. Would not refund my money. Said I had to purchased these items 1st before anymore steps could proceed. Very sorry I purchased these cameras.
