The product was melted and crystallized. After contacting the company, their genius solution was to offer a 15% coupon to order more. This is beyond laughable.

Fake label on Manuka Honey. The KFactor 16+ on it suggest over average Manuka quality criteria like mnm MFG or UMF content. But that is not the case. By not disclosing those markers one can assume that they are inferior or that the product is not worth the price.
Terrible customer service
I won a free bottle of immunity gummies in November 2021. I never received the package. When I contacted the customer service all I got was a bottle reply and when one person finally answered they asked me to cancel the order because I'm getting impatient. FYI: I contacted them in January last. Two full months after I won. Thankfully I will never trust them with my money.
