We got very excited in the beginning of…
We got very excited in the beginning of this service since it's rated as one of the best (still don't understand how) However, when starting to use the tool we realized it has many unlogical steps, and cannot be tailored according to our needs. However, their employee Mirell who helped us to implement the tool did a good job and really tried her best. But the regular Customer support was bad when in need of quick help, these guys need to learn the value of good customer experience and start thinking in new terms. Boomer warning!
