NO SAFETY SEALS ON BABY PRODUCTS, COMPANY IGNORES QUESTIONS ABOUT IT
We use their children's toothpaste, which is really great except for the fact that there are no safety seals on the actual toothpaste bottle, and the box it is in is also not sealed and often arrives in beat up condition... There is no actual way to tell if the toothpaste has been tampered with, and this product is for babies!! I recently emailed the company with my concern and asked why they don't use safety seals and I was ignored. How can you trust a company that doesn't use safety seals in children's products (a common practice to ensure trust in a product) and THEN IGNORE my questions about it?? We will be switching brands until they start using safety features on their products and improve their customer service! I also saw similar concerns to my own on Amazon reviews. They do not use safety seals on the actual toothpaste bottle or the box it is in! Be wary!!
