Stay away from this company if you know what's good for you. This is a husband (CEO) and wife (Chief People Officer) team who work out of their home. I worked remotely there from July - December 2022. July was non-paid onboarding / studying. They always pay late, and they "forgot" to pay me for August 2022 (i.e. the payment for the first month of work) in its entirety until October 2022 when I had to remind them, and ask them why have I not received payment for AUGUST yet? The "Chief People Officer" cares nothing about paying her people on time: Each payment was received closer to the end of the next month, and not soon after the work month ends at the beginning of the next month. They breached our signed contract in multiple clauses:  1.) They never paid me the entire time EVER in USD as per the contract and as per Texas Law; Instead, I received a forced conversion to another currency despite multiple requests to receive USD (as per the contract and as per Texas Law).  When you show the CEO (with proof) that his wife is making mistakes for 5 months (every month) in Payroll, he fires you later that day by chat and e-mail (not even a video meeting), and 2.) they sever the relationship effective immediately at a moment's notice - thus breaching the contract that requires both parties to give 30 days notice to the other party. He / they then refuses to not only pay you WAGES IN LIEU OF NOTICE (as per the contract), but they also refuse to pay you for the logged hours that you worked for November and December, and dispose of you like garbage, and thus they are stealing your money that they owe you:  because who needs to pay rent, and eat, and provide for family? cf. Jewish law in the Bible to pay workers on time because they need the money! To add insult to injury, they wave the flag of Christian values on their website about their "core values" which is all deceptive lies since they threw me away like garbage and refuse to pay me for the work I did for them: "In today's culture of disposable relationships and the belief that cheaper is better, 8QUANTA provides an environment where people are valued, and long-lasting relationships are prioritized." I tried to involve Texas Attorneys to send them to recover the $15,592 that they owe me + attorneys' fees as per the contract, but they told me that the forced arbitration clause in the contract would make going after them not worthwhile as I must pay the $22,000+ arbitration fee upfront, and even if I win, I will lose money. Stay away from this company if you know what's good for you. They do not honor their oral or written word, they breach their written contract, and they will screw you (and steal from you) by not paying you what they owe you after they fire you by chat/e-mail.
