Been using aloware on and off for a few years now and I have to say, it's the best in class for an all-in-one dialler. We're currently getting a 25% pickup rate on completely cold leads. Super impressed. Maya, my CSM has been nothing but helpful throughout my entire onboarding and time using the software. Can't thank her enough! She's been amazing. Ignore the other reviews, just use the software for what it's intended for and you'll get on just fine.
Very complicated and hard to use
Very complicated and hard to use, also not transparent with billing, they do things i dont like, putting restrictions unless you pay for something you arent using, I had lot of issues with billing, and many bugs and glitches that never really got fixed, support saying they are working on it but dont really help...
Stay away
I signed up because the price was great but that was a mistake. The program is extremely difficult to use. Everything you do is a challenge. Just to load a list you have to go through about 7 steps on two different pages. It's very confusing. I tried it and spent hours each week with customer service. I really tried to make this work but it just wasn't worth it. This is still in their trial version and are making adjustments without giving notice. They have very good customer service but if you do sign up with them, prepare yourself for a lot of frustration
Awful System and Service
Terrible experience, stay well away from this company. Once they've taken your money, they forget all about you! Their Hubspot integration is terrible. Rigoberto and Cesar were extremely unhelpful, it's been over a month of back and forth. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
