The least pompous and most professional exchange.
I understand that there is a lot of negative reviews here, but I've had good experiences with Bitfinex Support, as well as their reporting application. The platform itself works well, just like many other exchanges. But as opposed to basically every other major platform, I never ran into a bot impersonation support staff on Bitfinex. It's helpful real f people answering you, who are understanding what you tell them and actually try to help. Most of the times I have a reply pr. e-mail in less than 30min. I think that about 3 hours is the maximum I have waited. Also their tax reporting application is far beyond any other major platform I have tried. On some of them you have to wait hours to get incomplete .CSV files and then spend hours trying to obtain the missing data. Crypto trading is the wild west in glitter, but Bitfinex are one of the most professional and least pompous platforms out there - IMO of course. Good luck to you, and please take care, I've lost a lot of money in this game.
