Almost no customer service, payment issues, be aware.
Chartboost...they did a good marketing to be ''well known'' but after 5 months of using Chartboot as a publisher to monetize our app, we have been able to get paid once only. For the first 2 months, we couldn't get the payment via Paypal done. It was impossible to reach anyone with just an auto-reply (FB, email and linkedin. :-( ) until they mentioned on their Dashboard they will not support Paypal in December 2017...hey sorry we are August 2017...Why can't we get paid then? We finally tried the wire transfer which worked a month later by which miracle, I don't know (but we had to pay extra fees), and got paid only a portion of our revenue as it is set based on you last threshold which is checked on the 1st, we got the transfer on 8th....which according to their terms is after 15th... does it depends on the weather forecast!. Still, can't reach anyone, and now we can't get our next payment which was supposed to be by mid of Sept, we hope in Oct it's gonna be ok. We are moving away from them, other devs have also that bad experience after reading reviews. We have been a bit naive and should stay away from a company who has no customer service. It's never fun to rate badly but hey tomorrow they can close down and simply suspend our account without a notice and they get an extra USD5k, think about it. Hope this will help you as well.
