Given the significant amount involved, I was quite concerned and reached out to CRED support, where I spoke with a supervisor named Aman. He was both patient and knowledgeable, carefully listening to my concerns and reassuring me that he would do everything possible to resolve the issue. Thanks to his prompt assistance, I was able to recover the funds in time to settle my credit card bill, avoiding any late payment fees or interest charges. I am thoroughly impressed with the experience and would like to express my gratitude to Aman. Thank you for your exemplary service; it is refreshing to encounter someone like you who genuinely cares about assisting customers in need.

This app Customer Care 93.95.02.02.85 is honestly great for credit card payments because it reminds you of your dues, also mentions extra dues if it's charged wrongfully by the bank, etc features are good. Earlier the rewards were much better. But not so much now. Also, the UPI section doesn't have an auto-pay mandate feature. So pretty much useless for recurring transactions

I have a great experience using cred app till december 2024. I dont know why but my upi is not working but i have requested them from their twitter support for which they did not get the reply from the npci. But i still use the app for shopping and other things. Its been more than an year i have been using this app. Keep doing the great work.
