Titre : Mon retour d'expérience complet sur E-Locky, Deltadore et TyLOCK Message : Nous avons acheté une serrure E-Locky il y a deux ans pour notre salle, et tout a très bien fonctionné depuis : aucun problème technique, malgré une utilisation quotidienne et intensive. Il faut juste changer les piles une fois par an environ. Nous utilisons également le digicode, tout fonctionne nickel. Mais ce qui a été très frustrant, c’est l’opacité totale autour de la marque. À un moment, plus de service client, plus de communication, plus personne derrière. Après pas mal de recherches, j’ai fini par comprendre ce qui s’était passé : E-Locky a été placée en liquidation judiciaire et ses produits ont été repris discrètement par Deltadore, une entreprise bien connue dans le domaine de la domotique. Le hic, c’est que rien n’a été annoncé officiellement, ni sur le site, ni dans la presse. Il a fallu que je mène une véritable enquête pour découvrir que les produits E-Locky étaient désormais commercialisés sous le nom TYLOCK, sans qu’aucune communication n’ait été faite à ce sujet. Bonne nouvelle pour ceux qui ont déjà du matériel E-Locky : ✅ Tout est compatible avec les produits et l’application TYLOCK / Deltadore (c’est quasiment un copier-coller de l’ancienne appli E-Locky). ✅ La clé de secours vendue par Deltadore fonctionne parfaitement, c'est juste la même ! ✅ J’ai acheté des badges NFC en Chine pour quelques euros, compatibles aussi, contrairement aux prix délirants d’E-Locky (20€ les 3 à l’époque). Points négatifs : ❌ Plus aucune garantie sur les anciens produits E-Locky (mais bon, c’était 1 an à la base il me semble). ❌ Certains accessoires ne sont plus vendus, comme la base Internet qui permettait un pilotage à distance — dommage, car j’étais prêt à l’acheter. ❌ Les prix de la Tylock sont quasiment le double que pour l'elocky. En résumé, c’est une solution fiable sur le plan technique, mais avec une gestion commerciale désastreuse et un manque total de transparence autour de la reprise. Pour les anciens clients E-Locky, rassurez-vous : votre matériel fonctionne encore, et vous pouvez trouver des accessoires compatibles — mais il faudra chercher un peu.
