They promise a lot of support and dedicated account manager when signing up, after signing up there is ZERO support and lots of parcels get misrouted and RTO. Their DEDICATED managers ignore your messages and do not revert. DEFINITELY A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DON'T TRY
