They will approve accounts to turn around and terminate the same accounts. Leaving you as the client to Figure Everything out. The Poorest Communication Altogether. Burn in hell Fiserv and all its employees . Had Multiple appointments scheduled for calls with these shitheads at fiserv which NONE were Fulfilled on their end. After rearranging my schedule multiple times. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS . Your Business is Not Valued Like they claim on the phone and generic emails . They dont have direct answers for any real questions and send you to 8 different departments for them to tell you the same bullshit. They Deactivated the terminal In the middle of a transaction.

Avoid this company, My experience with Fiserv has been a nightmare. I discovered an unauthorized direct debit taken from my bank account, and I have no idea how they accessed my account details. After seeing other reviews, it's clear this is not an isolated incident. I immediately contacted my bank to reverse the transaction and block any future debits from Fiserv. Trying to resolve this with Fiserv directly has been a complete waste of time. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. I've been unable to get through to a human being, leaving me in the dark about how my financial information was compromised. This experience has severely damaged my trust in their services and their ability to handle sensitive financial data securely. The lack of accountability and the impossible customer service are completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be vigilant and reconsider using Fiserv's services if you want to avoid unauthorized transactions and a frustrating, unhelpful support process.
