I have been buying from GrubMarket for…
I have been buying from GrubMarket for over a year and while sometimes there are errors, the company is very gracious about compensating for them. The prices are excellent and the food quality is excellent and the variety is amazing. I’ve been very pleased by how responsive they are.
Fresh and Crisp Produce
I received my first order last evening and was so pleasantly surprised at the fresh and crisp produce. It's tasty and delicious. The produce here is the freshest I've received from any market. Just fabulous. I ordered a small amount to try them out but will be ordering much more. A couple of the grub boxes as well as many other items such as their bread and baked goods have me interested in trying more. I've decided that they will be my go to grocery providers each month from here on out. Definitely great products, service and prices plus they are located right here in San Francisco which is a huge plus for me. I'm so glad I found them.
PACA VIOLATIONS
Plenty of flaws. Overrated and poor management from the top of the chain. Needs to be federally investigated for many issues that the agricultural sector knows about. President Trump are you seeing this? Stop the offshore buy outs and save U.S. companies future. Finacial Abuse at the highest level forcing U.S. companies to be undermineded and employee relationships with suppliers and markets, causing integrity issues and Employee abuse for breach of contracts without any accountability. Flagrant Paca violations. Employees have moved on but still owed salaries and more. No one is disgruntle, everyone wants accountability held and have them audited in every department. Where theres smoke theres fire! Reported to U.S. LABOR DEPARTMENT AND TEXAS WORKFORCE COMMISSION.
Scam do not use
Scam. Do not order from them. I thought I was ordering from farmers markets. Instead, for the majority of the produce they gave me the same brands that are sold at Whole Foods. ALso, without checking with me or getting approval, they substituted a number of my branded non-produce items for different things that are awful and I do not want. Finally, the order was delivered very cold, refrigerator temperature. That is not ok for a lot of produce and as a result that produce is ruined. They are not answering the phone so I will be disputing the charges.
At least they're consistent
At least they're consistent. They mess up my order every time. I order grapes and get grape tomatoes. I don't order milk but two half gallons of it get delivered--and I don't drink milk. Today, I was supposed to receive six items--two were missing, although I was charged for both of them. Then they want to give me a credit rather than refunding the money to my credit card--but I don't want the credit because I never, ever, ever want to do business with this company agaon.
