The zen desk is rubbish you wait forever for a customer service advisor to connect then they cut off. I have had two wrong orders and still no refund some one got in touch and asked for some information that was over a week ago and still nothing more importantly where is my refund. Even if orders are wrong you still have to pay to return the item!!! This company is a joke… Do not waste your money.
