Significant improvement since May 2019 Review
Not sure if Trustpilot will show my previous review, but basically every issue I listed in 2019 got addressed between then and May 2022. I'm sure I could find a few things to complain about, but overall the software has significantly improved over the last few years. I'd recommend it for any business that is utilizing multiple warehouses, and needs advanced order routing features.

Jazva is designed for actual business owners
Jazva is a program that was designed by an actual business owner who has skin in the game themselves. In other words, this isn't just a program designed by people who think they understand what multi-channel sales entail, but it's made by someone who actually sells across multiple channels. We are using Jazva to run our entire business. We use Jazva to list brand new products onto Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Jet, and our woocommerce site. It immediately syncs inventory when something sells. Our previous solution Skubana.... would sometimes take an hour or more and we would oversell all of the time. We also use Jazva as our WMS, it is extremely robust and has been amazing for our entire warehouse team. Shipping is as simple as it can be, I can process orders in batches including my Seller fulfilled prime orders for Amazon. Reporting is Amazing! Jazva has one of the most complex custom reporting i've ever encountered. If you can think of a report you need, it can be created in Jazva. They also even connect into my Quickbooks account as well. If you need a full suite in one software to help run your business then choose Jazva, you will not be disappointed.

We started looking for automation solution late 2017, that's when we found out about Jazva. Jazva initially promised us a lot of things, at first we were a bit hesitant on the delivery of the system since we know exactly what we needed. After using the system for a little over half a year we can say that Jazva deliver what they promised, our team is happy with the overall result and efficiency. Worth our time and money.
