Helped me regain my confidence and my good habits
I joined Embla back at the end of 2022, I had regained weight I had lost before the COVID lockdowns and lost my healthy habits. But thanks to the guides and advice from Embla. I had a someone at my back to help me get back onto my feet. Since then, I’ve lost a total of 30kg while going through many life events that could have caused me to fall back into my old bad habits. I’ve ended learning more about how my body functions and even understand more about how certain foods help us. And I’ve gotten back a bit of my old self as some of my favorite shirts fit comfortably again.
