Innovative and customer focused ATS
We have been using Pinpoint for nearly 12 months, having gone through a lengthy search before that for a global ATS that would fit our complex needs. Pinpoint has been a breath of fresh air to use, its really simple to use for both recruiters and hiring managers, is easy to customise and new features are being added all the time. Since implementing, its helped us to automate our sign off workflows, recruitment processes and onboarding. The implementation and support teams have been fantastic despite our many asks. Would happily recommend for anyone looking for a cutting edge ATS.

We have been using Pinpoint for roughly a year now and the experience has been great! From the support through implementation, ensuring that they understood our business needs so that we had everything set up in the best way that would work for our business, through to ongoing support and guidance when we have had queries or new features are released to ensure we are getting the most out of the ATS. Having used a lot of different ATS over the years, Pinpoint is one of the most user friendly I have experienced. This has meant that hiring manager and interviewer training has been minimal which has led to faster time to offer along with more consistent and timely feedback. We have also experienced reduced time spent on admin by the recruitment team, which has been a real bonus!
