A few years ago, their entire website went offline for several days because they forgot to renew their domain - this is something that even the most basic IT operation wouldn't miss. Domain registrars send multiple reminders, which they clearly ignored. As a software engineer who’s worked with many SMS providers, I’ve never seen anything this careless. Recently, I tried to log into my old account to retrieve some information. The account was instantly blocked without explanation. I submitted a support request and waited and haven't received any response from them since then. It’s clear nothing has improved over the years.
