5 stars isn't enough
If i could give them more than 5, i would do it. While any appliance store can sell appliances, this store went well above & beyond to ensure that they stood behind the product they sold - even when the so called luxury brand Jenn-Air failed to help me out, this company made sure the product met our expectation and even covered the cost of installation to ensure my satisfaction. Not only installation once, but twice and at the second time even within a short time window of 2 hours to ensure my dishwasher was fully functioning before a big festive dinner we had that evening. The experience was overall awesome, right from start with Joe from sales helping me educate about the product and ensure all the products we purchased were properly price matched, and then from Sue & Alaa who ensure very diligent follow-up and service. Inspite of issues with product we purchased (not Secondshop.ca fault) but rather the manufacturer Jenn-Air, the experience could not have been more awesome with knowing someone was there with you every step of the way. PS - I work in private banking and we have extremely extremely high service standard levels & NPS, but Secondshop.ca clearly surpassed those as well. Thank you to Secondshop.ca awesome team.
