Never Received Tickets!!
I bought tickets, and they never sent them to me. The customer support has been awful, and getting a refund has been an ongoing process. Definitely do not recommend! Buy from a different distributor for better service and a company that will 100% send you the tickets after getting confirmation codes. etc.

I purchased tickets via AXS for a show, then I get an email from See Tickets saying that I need to create an account to access tickets? Yet an Account cannot be created. What kind of scam is this?

The worst company I have ever used
The worst company I have ever used. They are an absolute scam and their customer support is bullishit. Please save yourself your MONEY and TIME DO NOT use this company to buy tickets. Was on hold 3 times for 20 minutes each and then was disconnected. Called a bunch of time during their normal business hours and kept getting disconnected before getting to talk to anyone. Absolute SCAM. Also reached out to them through email and after I FINALLY got a hold of someone they said my claim had been taken care of and closed it. It was not taken care of. Told me to call the insurance company because there was nothing they could do. The insurance company said that it had nothing to do with them and was all to do with SeeTickets. They AT LEAST transferred me back to SeeTickets, which SeeTickets never offered, and then had to wait on hold again for 20 minutes, when the wait time was only 4, to be told, again, that they could not do anything. And they continued to gaslight me until I finally hung up. PLEASE do not support a business that treats PAYING customers so shitty.
No communication with customers, so they can keep your money.
Bought tickets to a show a month and 3 days before the show during a presale. The venue was changed and I could no long make the show because of that and was denied a refund. Had I been notified that the venue change was going on I could have adjusted plans and money to be able to make the show.
