I ordered makeup on 09/07 and not been able to track since they took the money. I emailed and got an email back to say that my order had to be returned to the warehouse urgently… I mean what kind of BS is that. I’ve asked for a refund but won’t hold my breath …. Update I did receive items ordered eventually but of very poor quality … not going to interact with them anymore … items in the bin … lesson learned
