[REFUNDED] Terrible experience
Most companies have it standard to send reminder emails before running the card. Especially a $420 charge. I've requested a refund after cancelling but I'm not confident I'll be getting any response. I can't imagine why they wouldn't refund customer's money that don't have a use for their service after trying it. I don't have the means to pay for this. The plan has already been cancelled the day it started. I demand my money be refunded. Update 1/15/26: I received a full refund as of today. Ali Saribay was very professional and helpful to resolve things and forward my case along to billing. Thank you!

Fast customer service response time
I had an issue with my account billing and customer service quickly responded with a personal note (in addition to the auto-generated one) confirming they were looking into it and resolved it same day.

Trial experience
I tried the 7-day trial for this marketing tool. The product itself seems pretty good, even though the trial version was quite limited in features and daily search time. However the sales team was way too pushy...After I canceled and told them I decided not to proceed, they kept bombarding me with follow-up emails and phone calls, even after I explained my reasons. It got really frustrating! Overall, it’s a decent product that's worth trying at least, but the aggressive sales tactics really put me off.

Not what it used to be. Slowly going downhill. It used to show you similiar websites, but now its basically one big ad for whatever website will pay the most.

Need a refund / Got charged after trial
Need a refund / Got charged after trial ---- I did get a free trial couple weeks ago, but I didn't use the product and I think I canceled the trial at that time, but maybe due to some error it didnt cancel i am not sure. I got sick recently and went to hospital, just today checked out and went to my bank account to see that I have a huge charge of 240$ for subscription. That's my last money right now to be honest, and I have never touched Similarweb and won't use it. I havent activated or used anything, so please terminate my account and refund the money. You probably can check that I havent used anything or logged once in this timeframe... Thank you
