Excellent learning platform offering affordable courses. I really enjoy my Production Planning and PPC course. You get an instant access to the course once payment has gone through. I really like an app which you can download on your phone. Prompt response from course provider to answer any queries. I highly recommend this course provider. Thank you
Did not deliver on claims
Purchased a 'life-time' accessible course from them. I started the course but had to stop for work reasons. Later on they later removed this course from their business and were not interested doing anything about helping. The just wanted you to spend more money on another one of their courses. You cannot trust a company that does not deliver on its claims. Plenty of companies that offer similar courses so look around and avoid a company that is dishonest in its claims.
False Advertising
I signed up for an AI course that specifically called out using Co-Pilot for Outlook and Calendar, and they didn't even touch on it. Complete false advertising.
Overpromised and underdelivered
Overpromise and underdeliver. This just seems like a marketing front on a sub-par training service. Much better end user training over on KnowledgeWave dot com. They really know what they are doing, they deliver a lot of value for the cost.
Do not purchase anything from them
Do not purchase anything from them! Id made a purchase in November 2024, id repeatedly asked for access woth no success. I then in March 2025 asked for a refund, they told me they couldn't find my purchase. Then tracked it and sent me the recordings. I'd reiterated I wanted a refund instead, they told me that since I'd received the recordings, I couldn't get a refund but just a course credit for something else. Beyond ridiculous! And a great way to make sure you don't have to refund customers for your own mess up!
