I recently bought a number of refurbished SAS drives from Techbuyer for a NAS server I was building. They contacted me in advance of shipping to check the drives would be appropriate for my intended purpose - a good sign. The drives arrived quickly and all was well to start with, but after a few days one of the drives went bad. I contacted Techbuyer and without any argument they sent me a replacement drive which arrived next day! Excellent customer service. I will definitely use Techbuyer again and heartily recommend them.
