Excellent customer service
I added Tradier for one of my accounts for their ease of working with BOTs. My primary broker does not allow API connections. I just got off the phone with them to deal with an assignment on a spread. They were professional, easy to understand and speak with, and the entire transaction from dialing the number to hanging up took less time than my 2 other brokers would have had a human on the line.
Great technology / fast fills
Great technology , amazing support guys , it’s quite normal In brokerage business to get slow replies due to market volatility, I’d prefer to speak with real human little late than AI .
I recently left another Broker for Tradier
I recently left another Broker because of high execution prices on limit orders. and opened an account with Tradier, and they have been tremendously helpful and forthcoming with all my questions, and help. Their support is second to none. The process to open an account and get funded was easy and a lot less stressful than the other broker I have used. Overall a very good online broker but reverse splits may cause a problem
Overall a very good online broker with fast executions. They recently raised commissions on stock trades from zero to $.35/trade. Not zero but not bad. I primarily have an account because it's streaming data links very well to a quote program that I use. One downside, and the reason I deducted one star, is that they seem to have problems sometimes when a stock has a reverse split. I have been trying for about 3 trading days, still counting, and I am unable to trade in one of these issues. I have traded the same stock at other brokers with no problem.
Commission-free trades for the win
Tradier's commission-free plan is a big cost saver for me as an active trader vs. other brokers. Their plan alone has saved me hundreds this year alone. Their desktop platform has the tools that I leverage regularly to place trades. At minimum, I think they're worth adding as an additional broker to help you save on fees in the long-run. Big thumbs up!
