customer service has went downhill
I have been a business customer with this bank for almost 10 years, approximately two years ago everything changed for me when Ethan Jackson and Carlos Padron left Verabank, now I feel like I’m just an account number, and just recently I requested possibly opening a new line of business credit with an employee named Malia, I was turned down, she said I lived too far away from the bank and it was too much of a risk. Well, my existing truck loan is almost paid off, after that, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
