A good service
A good service, but I wish they had integration options with such solutions as Stripe, Checkify.
Vipps changed to a much worse
It seems Vipps has been a reliable service previously. But it changed to the worse. The Android App is unreliable and sometimes stops working saying that you must delete and uninstall it from Google Play. The Customer service cannot fix problems and just say that it is done for security. They recommend reset the device and reinstall all apps and accounts for new. It is silly. I guess this is because they now try to rely increasingly on the latest AI. Maybe even coding is done by AI. This is not good because AI is a rather stupid tool that always needs to be overseen by an understanding human brain. AI-based coding has been repeatedly shown to result in unneeded code, bugs and security problems. Apparently, these guys try to use the scaling problems in a wrong way. The quality of the Vipps service has deteriorated significantly.
VIPPS.no have serious problems with…
VIPPS.no have serious problems with their platform. Last year I had to pay a rather large amount for accounting assistance to clean up after Mobil Pay, because a lot of unknown people had payed amounts into my account by mistake. This ment, that i had to pay a fee for each amount, even though, it wasńt my money to keep. Mobil Pay has a terrible and time consuming service - i simply doeńt understand why we accept problems like this.

After multiple attempts to enter my card details, the app repeatedly asked for the same information, creating an endless loop. For a financial app that handles sensitive banking information, this kind of bug is unacceptable. It not only disrupts the user experience but also raises concerns about reliability and security. Vipps needs urgent fixes to restore user confidence.
