I switched from VOIPo: happy I did!
I switched from VOIPo a few months ago. They were super helpful during the process and I was able to get my numbers ported without issues. I have had 0 issues with them since I started and I am happier with their service compared to what I had before. My only "complain" is that their platform is very old looking and quite hard to know how to use but I was able to do it all after a few tries and it really made it clear when I was done: this is a ROBUST platform and the goal is performance and not fancy dashboards. I would recommend their service to anyone—which I have done already.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here and I think that's mostly from a misunderstanding on what exactly voip.ms is and them acquiring users from absorbed companies when a different mission in mind. I view them as a techinical voip sip upstream provider with an API to build on top of, with a wiki-based community of support. For technical providers - they are great! If you're looking to DIY your own phone solution for your office - you'd be better off paying a end-user focused company like mine who resells voip.ms to deal with the more difficult technical aspects of proper phone implementation and focus on your own business instead of trying to save a few bucks -- because that ROI would not be good for you. There's a lot of things to consider when implementing a voip solution, and when I have an issue, I clearly explain my issues in a very percise and technical way and they jump on the support tickets. If you open a support ticket demanding your $5 back and ranting about your 1 phone line without actually explaining your issue - just venting because you're mad... yeah I wouldn't expect the best customer service either...
Customer service has become horrible
Customer service has become horrible. I know they had an influx of customers from voipo and that is likely the cause, but their lack of staffing shouldn't have become my problem. Dealing with a technical problem for several days and the live chat is only AI which keeps repeating a failed solution. Tickets aren't answered within 24 hours. I has to improve, or I'll have to look for another provider. Changing is a pain, but this lack of support is too.
Service worked, support not so much
I found the service worked, and the pricing was good, but I had a problem when I lost access to the email address that I had on file. When the company required a password change I could not receive the reset instructions, so I contacted support via email and heard nothing. I chatted and was told I had to send an ID, which I did, but I still heard nothing. I chatted multiple times, and finally got different information on what I had to do to change the email. By this point I was disgusted with the support, so I cancelled.
Do NOT waste your time
Do NOT waste your time. I was turned back in impolite manner by Rodrigo Rojas who stated I need to send them documents to get verified even though I already did. Its all after 2 weeks of waiting FOR NOTHING and website says 1-2 business days. Trash service, trash customer support and horrible experience.
