The courier took the time to contact me and make sure I got my order which I really appreciate when I've lost packages to theft using other services in the past. If you live in Canada this site is a must.

This website is awesome. I live in Canada and the shipping was free and fast. I'm betting that most of the lower reviews are people from the U.S.A. that had to pay for duties/import fees and had to wait awhile for shipping which is out of the hands of Well.ca I'd definitely order from them again my item arrived in 3 business days and was exactly as described. They have a great selection of things to choose from and great prices as well. If you live in Canada definitely give them a try!

Most of the time I had great services and if there is a problem they are quick to resolve. In one of my last order was one of the worst packed order I ever receive ! It's like they didn't even try or I don't know, they wanted to put their frustration into it. I see here that it seems to be a common issue. I don't know if it's because of Black Friday, holiday season that they feel more pressure to go fast even if that means a poor job or the people who packed at that time don't like vegan items but this does not look good on them.
