Horrible experience, do not use!
We used Whova for our association's conference and we had a horrible experience. The abstract submission tool is very poor and does not have basic features. The event platform is spammy and had serious limitations. We were sold a product that was very different from the reality, and this created so much more work for our team.
Disappointing
Disappointing. Paid USD2,999 and tried to cancel within 24 hrs. They refuse to give a refund for a service we haven't used. Apparently their company policy would appear to contravene UK legal Consumer Contract Regulations. Would not recommend.

TITLE: Whova only works with the latest iPhone and only Mac, not PC
I wasted three days to download Whova on my iPhone and my laptop. Both failed and I wasted all that time because Whova was not considerate enough to mention that it does not work on Windows, only Mac, and you have to have the latest IOS on your iPhone. It will not work on my iPhone 6s so I would have to spend around $1000 to use Whova. By being coy,Whova has wasted three days of my precious life.
