If I could give no stars i would. Avoid this company if u can the customer service is shocking beyond shocking. Gemma has no customer service skills what so ever! After arguing with me over 3 phone calls about returning a worktop that was different to the other one delivered after the 3 call she finally agreed to stick a note on the portal that b&q use. She called the manager at b &q irrelevant and having to get Hissan to sort my issues out. He went above and beyond he refunded me the wrong item without sending the wrong item back. Thanks Hissan, avoid this company and as for Gemma she should be sacked. My calls record also if u would to hear how I was treated. Glad I won't ever have to deal with this company again.

If I could give minus stars I would. Ordered worktop through Screwfix and just wish I had read the reviews. From the start it was a DISASTER with Wilsonart giving one lame excuse after another. We waited in for 3 days with the promise of this worktop being delivered and even told it was on the van but nothing arrived. The entire staff at Wilsonart have no idea what they are doing and even had the cheek to tell me I had not placed an order and I must be confused!!!!!! I had my Order number and all details but apparently they work on different systems and not all staff are privy to this. Absolute mayhem and shame on Screwfix for doing business with such a company. I have requested a refund. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!
Bushboard, Nuance, wall panelling system failure
Back in Apr 2023, the walls of my ensuite shower room were professionally fitted with a Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces, Bushboard, Nuance, waterproof designer surfaced wall panelling system. However, by April 2025, the surface of these panels had started to delaminate in numerous areas and continues to do so. With the product having a 15-year guarantee, I felt confident to chase the manufacturing owners, Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces, for a resolution, but aft of seven months, they have blanked emails, failed to send an engineer to inspect the failings and offered no onsite repair, replacement or compensation. I believe the product is not sufficiently robust for its designed intent and the hyped guarantee is of no value whatsoever. I will now end up with a significant bill to rectify my installers choice of panel.
Avoid, avoid, avoid like the plague
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Bought a worksurface through Screwfix from this company. Delivery didn't turn up so phoned and told it was due in 1 minute. Nothing. Waited will late afternoon and called again and told again will be delivered in 1 minute. Wasn't gonna be had again with that one I kept them talking for the minute and then said we've talked for 1 minute and the worktop should be here now according to you. Told them if it didn't arrive by 5.00 pm I'd cancel it. Then get a call from the delivery company saying they had broken down and couldn't deliver but would deliver the following day. Waited in all day and at 4.00 went Screwfix and asked for a refund. That was a minor hassle, but basically this company can put their worktops where a monkey puts its nuts. They are useless and lie about deliveries. I'm now ordering elsewhere and anything that says Wilson Art on I'll run away quickly.
