I recently migrated my company's database to the clous version - RE NXT. We had great customer service but there were minor errors with incorrect URLs and it taking a bit longer than expected. Luckily the chat support helped fix the majority of our problems within a day. Really happy with our products and end result.
eTapestry system only getting worse with time
Have been using their database system etapestry for 5 years now and it is becoming more painful with each update. Not user friendly at all! If you visit their website, their chat bot does not allow you to raise a question! One of their updates protected every pdf report you generate! So not you can not hightlight line items or add comments to the file. You have to print and do it manually. Again what a pain, waste of time and bad for the environment!
